Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Representative. With the willingness and desire to be trained and coached into a Team Leader to lead our growing team. This role involves managing outbound and inbound call efforts, supporting recruitment and sales appointment setting, and helping to build a high-performing call center team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of call center representatives
- Make outbound calls to schedule interviews with job candidates
- Confirm and follow up on sales appointments via phone
- Assist with lead generation and canvassing support
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on hiring, training, and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Required: Previous call center experience
- Preferred: Supervisory or team lead experience (not required—we provide leadership training, development, and mentorship)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance KPIs
- Comfortable with outbound calling and appointment setting
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $15–$20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Entry Level Field Sales Representative
Pay: $30,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional home improvement solutions that enhance the beauty, functionality, and value of our clients’ homes. Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and quality workmanship. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated door-to-door sales representatives to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Canvassing: Identify and approach potential customers by going door-to-door in Chantilly and surrounding areas of the DMV, scheduling free inspections with interested homeowners.
- Product and Service Promotion: Provide detailed information about Champion’s products and services, highlighting the benefits of home upgrades.
- Professional Presentations: Conduct persuasive and professional presentations to demonstrate how Champion’s products and services can meet specific home improvement needs.
- Customer Documentation: Record customer details accurately and submit reports and documentation to technicians.
- Database Management: Maintain updated customer databases for future sales and marketing activities.
Requirements
- No prior experience required; Champion provides comprehensive training to all representatives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating with team members when necessary.
- Ability to work outside of a traditional office environment and willingness to spend significant time outdoors.
- Reliable transportation to be present for sales training and meetings. Company transportation provided for on-site work.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Compensation
Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. We do offer a base salary to provide guaranteed pay from day one. Our average sales representatives earn between $500 and $1,200 per week, with top performers making over $1,500 per week at the entry level. Advancements in leadership will come with greater compensation and bonuses on the team’s overall production. In addition to our competitive pay structure, we offer bonuses and prizes to incentivize high performers.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Champion Restoration & Construction is expanding to Pennsylvania! As a Platinum Preferred Contractor with Owens Corning, we deliver top-quality roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. Now, we are looking for motivated Sales Reps to join our team in our newly opened Exton, PA location.

Roofing Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct roof inspections to assess damage or wear and provide clear, accurate assessments to homeowners.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates and material options, to potential clients.
- Educate homeowners about roofing systems, warranties, and the benefits of Owens Corning products.
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process, if applicable, and act as a liaison between the homeowner and the insurance company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, HOAs, property managers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, local building codes, and best practices.
- Communicate project timelines and updates to homeowners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct door-to-door canvassing effectively
- Familiarity with outside sales techniques and account management
- Experience with B2B sales and marketing strategies
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent communication and analysis skills to drive sales performance
- Note: This is a 1099, commission-driven position.
